News regarding black football kits.
The F.A.W have confirmed that no team in Wales are
allowed to wear BLACK football kits.Neither can a goalkeeper even if he is the
only player in black. If a team has a black kit when a referee arrives to
officiate. Then the referee is within his rights to ask the team in black to
change.Or at his discretion allow the team to put on bibs.NOTE the referee does
NOT put on a bib.

PS GOAL HOOKS.Please note ALL GOAL HOOKS ARE BANNED INCLUDING PLASTIC HOOKS.
CUP HOOKS
I have been informed that the F A
of Wales have banned the use of CUP HOOKS on goal posts with immediate effect.
No matches must take place if the football pitch has goal posts with CUP HOOKS
on it,
They must be removed and be a flat surface, the nets can taped or tied up to
support the nets, but CUP HOOKS CANNOT BE USED.
The reason is health an safety of players and clubs officials putting up and
taking down of the nets
